Billy’s Antiques on the Bowery is going away. Sniff sniff….that makes me SOOO SAD. I’ve been shopping here since I was a teenager…a teenager!!! and some of my best vintage jewelry pieces are from Billy’s.

FINALLYYYYY!!!!
For years….I mean Y-E-A-R-S I’ve walked past this building, have taken numerous pictures of its graffiti sprawled exterior, tried to peer past the plastic that covers the windows, and spent countless hours googling the address….all in the efffort to find out what is up with the building and who lives there. I’ve always thought it was abandoned and squatters lived there, but now the truth has been revealed…..via this great New York Magazine article.
Now if I can only get INSIDE the building………..
